The fun shot
I am so fortunate enough to have beautiful nieces who can back me up for this fun shot. Also, I am so thankful for the very friendly, young and fun photographers who cover for these photos. They've done the photo shot last Month at Suncity Davao. The main purpose for their photoshoot is exposed my nieces to different people in order for them to develop dealing with a different group of people. But then, they have a chance to find time to include the two scents of jOiE De ViVre, which I gave credit to the photographers: A.S Penaco, Jan Ladub, Paolographer, and Mark Lloyd Sieras of Davao Photo Hunters (DPH).
After the fun shot, this is their remembrance to take photos together as they called it "behind the scene." Thank you so much for letting my nieces experience the moment to be with you all and have a fun time.
A conversation
Perseverance is a virtue that helps me make it through about this perfume craft.. It's been awhile thinking about this, the road is not easy to make this dream come true. I am glad for Kris Wrede who helped me understand more about perfume making. I talked to her via skype last year, she shared many ideas. She also sent me a card, which is very surprising and sweet. I know after the session, that it is not the end, but the beginning of a new road to explore more about perfumery. Perfume is timeless, as early as Cleopatra's time, she used fragrance as part to become the most powerful woman in her time. She used fragrance to seduce men.
Anyways, here is the first batch of Joie De ViVre perfume. Wit the help of my brother, we successfully started this perfumery. Our first batch are Reign for both men and women, and Miss A.
Reign for men symbolizing the power to achieve stability in life: emotional, financial, and spiritual. He reigns to bring and provide a good life for his family. Reign men are successful and mature.
Reign women are sophisticated, mature, elegance, and successful. Reign is symbolizing the power of a woman; the softness and gentleness, yet the woman who have the power deep within to reign any circumstances in a gentle and caring way. To Reign over anxiety with gladness, poise, and sophistication.
Miss. A is for Adorable, Adventurous, Ambitious, Achiever, and Amazing woman. It is inspired from deep within my personality and wish to share it to that Miss A out there. It empower women to be who they are and believe in themselves. Everyone has a hidden potential talent, use it wisely, use it constructively and use it for good. Also, be the reason to empower other women to live what they want and know how to get it in a good way. Let the women have a good contribution to the world!

A Dream to Dream
When I was in Japan last 2008, I did not know yet exactly why my sister told me to put up or establish perfumery that the fact I don't have money. Maybe that is the second message for me to do this. I am not completely aware of the "Universe's" message. Even though, if I am aware, I still didn't have enough resources to get started then.
Lately, I discovered that I have the gift of smell. So I come up to use this gift in a proper way, I decided to establish a perfumery. I started to have a research of HoW To's and Where's to help me get started. I asked my buddy who had experience doing this, but, unfortunately, she refused to give some information. I did not say anything against her; I am always good for her in all ways. But nothing personal I let it go. I know in the right time, it will come to me; right people, the right timing, the right energy, and the right vibration of good luck. No one can stop me, when my passion fires up!
I never gave up; I am enthusiastically interested with this perfumery because I know I have a gift of smell. I trusted the Universe, and one day... boom... Another great opportunity knocks my door! I found another friend who had a great experience of perfumery with the know how of any company for raw materials and all the tutorials. I said to myself WoW! I will not dare to slip this.
I am chanting for the perfume of good life.
JoiE dE ViVrE is my signature brand for my coming perfume crafts. I already had this name while ago. I can't wait to get this started. I am really enthusiastic with this of how my gift of smell operates. Not just that, I wanted to create jobs too. I seriously wanted to create work, since I had not had given a chance to have a great opportunity in the Philippines. Maybe I will be a job maker, what do you think?Related facts:
Olfactory nerves are the only cranial nerves attached directly to the cerebrum, part of the brain that stores long term memory. Fragrance creates long term memory. It stimulates diencephalon, center for processing sensory information and controlling emotions.
The perfume you wear today is not just a fragrance of now but also become a history of your momentous event that is yours alone. It is true; fragrance creates memory. You remember your moment once you smell again the fragrance that you hadn't had for a while. Your memory will reactivate once you smell it again. Your fond memory that associate with that fragrance will suddenly come back, it is yours and mine. Everyone will remember of you through your fragrance. As my latest perfume I have, I like the White Diamond by Elizabeth Taylor given by my friend last Christmas. Another one of my favorite fragrance is 90 degrees North by Hanae Mori.
But I want to create a unique scent for myself soon... ;)
